- While we strive to ensure that all vehicle details—including pricing, specifications, mileage, and availability—are accurate and up to date, Picasso Trading does not guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions.
- Picasso Trading reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any vehicle listing, product, or service without prior notice.
Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY), unless otherwise stated.
- Prices do not include taxes, registration fees, insurance, inspection fees, recycling fees, or any other applicable local charges unless explicitly mentioned.
- For international customers, prices exclude freight, marine insurance, port handling charges, and destination country duties and taxes unless clearly specified.
Vehicle Sales Process
- Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing all vehicle details before confirming a purchase. Picasso Trading promotes transparency by providing detailed specifications, auction sheets (where applicable), and inspection reports when available.
- Upon confirmation of purchase, the buyer must complete all required documentation and provide valid identification and relevant information necessary for registration or export processing.
- Picasso Trading will prepare and provide the necessary export documentation for international shipments.
Payment Terms
Domestic Customers (Within Japan)
- Full payment must be received prior to vehicle delivery and registration processing.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other approved electronic payment methods as specified by our sales representative.
- All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
International Customers
- An initial payment of 80% of the total vehicle cost plus shipping charges is required upon order confirmation.
- The remaining 20% balance must be paid before the vehicle is released from the port or shipped.
- All payments must be made via international bank transfer.
- Any bank charges, intermediary fees, or transfer-related costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Picasso Trading will not release or ship the vehicle until full payment has been received and confirmed.
- All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Delivery (Japan)
- Vehicles purchased within Japan will be delivered to the customer’s designated location after full payment is received and registration procedures are completed.
- Delivery and transportation charges may apply depending on location.
International Shipping
- Picasso Trading offers worldwide shipping services. Freight costs are calculated based on vehicle size, weight, shipping method (Ro-Ro or container), and destination country.
- The buyer is fully responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, inspection charges, and port handling fees in the destination country.
- Tracking details and shipping documentation will be provided once the vehicle has been shipped.
- Picasso Trading will assist customers with shipping-related inquiries but is not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, port authorities, customs agencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Warranties and Return Policy
- All vehicles are sold on an “as is” basis unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
- Picasso Trading conducts due diligence inspections; however, used vehicles may show signs of wear consistent with age and mileage.
- No express or implied warranties are provided, except where required by applicable law.
- Once a vehicle has been shipped or delivered, the sale is considered final.
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted unless there is a proven and significant discrepancy between the vehicle delivered and the documented description.
Limitation of Liability
- Picasso Trading shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, or use of any vehicle.
- This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profit, business interruption, storage fees, or operational losses.
- Picasso Trading is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping companies, customs clearance procedures, government regulations, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual negotiation.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be settled through arbitration or legal proceedings within Japan.
Amendments
- Picasso Trading reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
- Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
